"Praise be to Allah, Who hath created the heavens and the earth, and hath appointed darkness and light." — Holy Qur'an 6:1
Holy Quran Verses from Pickthall's Translation
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
|100.001||By the snorting courses,|
|100.002||Striking sparks of fire|
|100.003||And scouring to the raid at dawn,|
|100.004||Then, therewith, with their trail of dust,|
|100.005||Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe),|
|100.006||Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord|
|100.007||And lo! he is a witness unto that;|
|100.008||And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent.|
|100.009||Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth|
|100.010||And the secrets of the breasts are made known,|
|100.011||On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them.|
Let us pray (Sura 20, Ayat 114) 'Ya Rabbi Zidni Ilma!' ('O Lord! Increase me in knowledge.') and seek spiritual help (ta'yid) to understand our great faith.
