Gems from Pir Hasan Kabirdin's Moti Venti and NOOR Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.)'s Nahjul Balagha (6)

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

Ya Ali Madad! This post for the sixth day of Baitul Khayal Satado has two gems of knowledge: a verse from Moti Venti and a saying of NOOR Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.).

Part 1: Teaching of Pir Hasan Kabirdin
Let us begin with the 36th verse Moti Venti in which Pir Hasan Kabirdin uses the sacred name (Ism-e Azam) to enter paradise of his personal world.

Eji sâmi tamârâ nâmnê partapê kari
jâu saragaj mâ(n)hê
tyâ(n) ketlâk chor âdâ bêthâ
tê tamârâ nâmthi aragâ thâya
mahêr karo morâ sâ(n)hiyâ
abarâ sharan tamâri

0 Lord, With the blessings of your (sacred) name (ism-e azam),
I can reach paradise.
However, I am ambushed by thieves (who steal my concentration).
On hearing (sacred) name (ism-e azam), they will flee.

Have mercy on me, my Lord.
I am helpless and dependent on you.

Part 2: Saying of NOOR Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.)
NOOR Mowlana Murtaza Ali (a.s.) has advised us to make good use of our time in this world to procure the rewards for the life hereafter.

"Verily this world is a house of truth for those who look into it deeply and carefully, an abode of peace and rest for those who understand its ways, and moods, and it is the best working ground for those who want to procure rewards for life hereafter. It is a place of acquiring knowledge and wisdom for those who want to acquire them, a place of worship for friends of God and for angels. It is the place where prophets receive revelations of the Lord. It is the place for virtuous people and saints to do good deeds and to be assigned with rewards for the same; only in this world they could trade with God's favours and blessings and only while living here they could barter their good deeds, with His blessings and rewards. Where else could all this be done?"1
