Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

Ya Ali Madad! The Diamond Jubilee of Noor Mowlana Shah Karim Al-Hussaini Hazar Imam (a.s.) is only six months away, therefore let us participate in a 7-day project to increase our knowledge and enhance our yearning through Dhikr and Angelic Salwat.

Knowledge Section:
Let us reflect on how to go from the darkness into light from the following ayats of the Holy Qu'ran:

Transliteration English Translation
Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Yaaa-'ayyuhallaziina 'aa-manuz-kurullaaha zikran-kasii-raa (33:41) O1865 ye who believe! Remember ye God by remembering (Him) frequently,
Wa sabbihuuhu bukratanw-wa 'asiilaa (33:42) And1866 glorify Him morning and evening.
Huwallazii yusallii 'alay-kum wa malaaa-'ikatuhuu liyukhrijakum-minaz-Zulumaati 'ilan-Nuur: wa kaana bil-Mu'-miniina Rahiimaa (33:43) He1867 it is Who confereth upon you His blessings, and (likewise do) the angels, that He may bring you forth from the darkness (of infidelity) into the light (of faith); and He is unto the believers, All-Merciful.
Tahiyyatuhum Yawma yalqawnahuu Salaam; wa 'a-'adda lahum 'Ajran-Kariimaa (33:44) Their1868 greeting on the day when they shall meet Him shall be 'Peace!' and He hath prepared for them an honourable recompense.

Here are the footnotes (p.1272) for the above ayats from S. V. Mir Ahmed Ali's translation of the Holy Qu'ran:

Vr. 41 (1865) The sixth Holy Imam Jafar ibne Muhammad As-Sadiq says that there is a limit to everything, there is no limit to the remembrance of God and the excess in anything is disliked by God but God loves his remembrance to any extent, and says the same Holy Imam "Our Shias (those belonging to the group of their devotees) are those who whenever they are free from their legitimate duties, remember God in abundance," 'Tasbeeh-e-Hazrate Seyyeda' i.e., Shubhanallah wal hamdo illah wa la ilaha illallaho wallaho Akbar'. i.e., (Pure is God and all praise and gratitude is only for God and there is no god but God and God is the Most High) is included in the term 'Zikre-Kathir', i.e., abundant remembrance (of God)

Vr. 42 (1866) Remember God with purity, i.e., being clean and pure in thought and action, and remembering God's purity. This ordinance indicates that a muslim is wanted by the Lord to be always clean and pure in spirit, body, thought, word and action and to go on purifying his soul, being aloof from every kind of physical as well as moral pollution.

Vr. 43 (1867) The greatest mercy and blessing from God is His guidance which could be had only through the Holy Prophet and the Holy Ahlul-Bait whom God himself has purified (33:33) and the mental inclinations of our behalf called 'Tawfeeq' to avail of the divine guidance against wrong inclinations of our self from within and the devilish attractions from without.

Those who believe in God and remember Him in abundance are led out darkness of ignorance and sinful straying, to the light of knowledge and righteousness. Rnv. 24:35, 36, 2:257

Vr. 44 (1868) It is said that when the angel of death approaches a believer of God, he first conveys his salutation to him before he detaches the soul from the body of the believer.
